Terry Carlson is a longtime logger and union leader running for State Representative in Washington’s 19th Legislative District. His campaign focuses on creating family-wage jobs, lowering costs for working families, strengthening public services, and bringing practical, working-class representation to Olympia.
Kevin Moynihan is an Aberdeen City Council member running for State Representative in Washington’s 19th Legislative District. His campaign focuses on lowering costs for working families, rebuilding the coastal economy, strengthening rural schools, and expanding skilled trades and family-wage jobs.
Evan Jones is a tradesman, Army veteran, and elected Port of Longview Commissioner running for State Representative in Washington’s 20th Legislative District. His campaign focuses on bringing family-wage jobs back to the district, investing in trades and apprenticeships, and improving worker safety and accountability on public projects.
Andy Zahn is a Toutle native and former farm hand and public lands steward running for Washington’s 20th Legislative District. His campaign focuses on revitalizing rural communities through good-paying jobs, support for farmers, expanded outdoor recreation, and protecting working lands from suburban sprawl.
Chelsea Chandler is a science and STEM teacher at Monticello Middle School and a longtime Cowlitz County resident. Her background includes work with Cowlitz County Health and Human Services, the Longview School District’s Teen Parent Program, and two years of Peace Corps service in rural Jamaica. Her campaign will focus on strong families, a healthy local economy, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and responsive county government.

Ashley White is a lifelong Cowlitz County resident, a U.S. Army veteran, and a longtime public servant whose experience includes serving as a Lead Deputy Clerk and later as Lead Administrative Assistant for Cowlitz County Youth Services. Her campaign emphasizes professional experience, transparency, and responsive customer service, arguing that her firsthand knowledge of the Clerk's Office makes her well prepared to modernize and effectively manage the office.
Judge Karmy is an experienced attorney and longtime public servant whose campaign emphasizes fairness, impartiality, and a strong commitment to serving the community through the judicial system. Her campaign presents her as a judge who combines legal expertise with a people-centered approach, focusing on equal access to justice, professionalism, and treating everyone who appears in her courtroom with respect.
Nicole Knowles is a career prosecutor who has spent nine years serving Cowlitz County, including leading prosecutions for the City of Longview and helping establish the Cowlitz Municipal Therapeutic Court. Her campaign emphasizes experience, public safety, accountability, and a judicial philosophy centered on fairness, impartiality, and ensuring that every person who enters the courtroom is treated with dignity and respect.
